St. Camillus Nursing Centre, Killucan, Co Westmeath

St.Camillus Nursing Centre is situated in the heart of the Midlands about 40 miles from Dublin, 8 miles from Mullingar and 25 miles from Navan.
The Centre which opened its doors in 1975 nestles in beautiful surroundings with its landscaped gardens, mature trees and a tranquil river running through the property.

It is in this peaceful location that the members of the Order of St. Camillus(Camillians) along with a dedicated staff and the support of the local community continue a long tradition of service to the sick which was initiated by St. Camillus more than 400 years ago in Italy. Our philosophy of care is based on the Christian Gospel of compassion and healing using all the advances in the health care world to combine professional practice with an acknowledgement of the primacy of the person and so offer an holistic service that is personal and life-giving
The Centre caters for 57 residents of varying ages who enjoy twenty four hour nursing care and a wide range of services.
The pastoral care services which include daily Mass are provided by the Camillian community who reside just accross the river and by pastors from other religious denominations who are available at all times.
