    • We boast 18 fully equipped, 2 bedroom bungalows, set in a spacious garden. The village is built around a designated clubhouse for exclusive use by the owners and tenants of these houses. This clubhouse will be a hive of activity geared towards mature interests, where various activities can be undertaken with like minded people.

    • We are delighted to announce that AbbotClose Retirement Village  is now ready for letting or for sale to owner occupiers. The numbers of houses available for sale are now limited. Houses are available for letting immediately. On application, a number of funding arrangements can be discussed and met to suit.
